Green Wake Up Smoothie

When I get up in the morning, I like to kickstart my day by doing a few favors for my body. I usually start with a run, and when I can make time, a green smoothie loaded with nutrients. I also prefer the flavor to be a bit on the tart side, which helps wake me up.
Here's my recipe for - in my humble opinion - the best smoothie to start a morning:
Green Wake Up Smoothie
Kale - 1/2 cup
Spinach - 1/2 cup
Green Apple - 1 apple, cored
Honey - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1" slice (or more to taste)
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup (or the juice of 1 lemon)
